ברוכים הבאים לאתר Moonisteam (להלן: "האתר") האתר מציע למכירה מוצרים אינטימיים בעבודת יד הכוללים את כיסא האידוי הנשי (להלן: "כיסא האידוי") ותערובות צמחי מרפא ייחודיות (להלן: "התערובות") השימוש באתר ובמוצרים כפוף לתנאי שימוש אלו

2. הסכמה לתנאים
ברכישת כיסא האידוי או התערובות את מאשרת שקראת והבנת את התנאים ומסכימה לפעול על פיהם
המוצרים אישיים, אינטימיים וסטריליים ולכן אינם ניתנים להחזרה או להחלפה מכל סיבה

3. מידע חשוב על הכיסאות
כיסא האידוי מיוצר בעבודת יד בישראל, בתוצרת כחול-לבן
הכיסא עשוי מעץ ברידג’/ליבנה טבעי, ברמת גימור מושלמת ונקייה
ללא צבע, ללא לכה, ללא דבקים, ללא ריסוס – במצבו הטבעי לחלוטין כדי לשמור על בטיחות ובריאות המשתמשת
קיים גם דגם מתקפל לנוחות מירבית
כל המחירים כוללים מע״מ כחוק

4. מידע חשוב על התערובות
התערובות מורכבות מצמחי מרפא הנבחרים בקפידה לפי מתכונים של סבתא מוניס, מרפאה בחכמת הרבייה
חלק מהצמחים נבחרים במיוחד מפרס (איראן העתיקה) לפי מסורת פרסית עתיקה, כדי להביא את החיבור הנכון ביותר לגוף האישה
כל תערובת נעשית בעבודת יד, מותאמת בקפידה ונשמרת במצב סטרילי

5. שימוש במוצרים והנחיות בטיחות
אין לבצע אידוי בזמן הריון עד שבוע 38, וגם אז – אך ורק לאחר ייעוץ מתאים
אין לבצע אידוי בזמן דימום כבד או במצבים רפואיים לא מאובחנים
האחריות לשימוש במוצרים מוטלת על המשתמשת בלבד

6. קניין רוחני
כיסא האידוי מוגן בזכויות יוצרים ובסימן מסחרי רשום של Moonisteam
אין לשכפל, להעתיק, לשווק או ליצור חיקוי של הכיסא, התערובות, עיצובם או הטקסטים המלווים אותם ללא אישור מראש ובכתב
כל הזכויות שמורות לשני רפאל

7. רכישות והזמנות
הרכישה כפופה לזמינות ולמדיניות האתר
התשלום כולל מע״מ כחוק
לא תתאפשר החזרה או החלפה אלא במקרה של פגם מוכח במוצר

8. שונות
תנאים אלו כפופים לחוקי מדינת ישראל וכל מחלוקת תידון בבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל בלבד

Welcome to the Moonisteam website (the “Website”). The Website offers handcrafted intimate products including the Vaginal Steaming Chair (“the Chair”) and unique herbal blends (“the Blends”). Use of the Website and products is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing the Chair or the Blends, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
All products are personal, intimate, and sterile; therefore, they cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

3. Important Information about the Chairs
The Chair is handmade in Israel, locally crafted with the highest quality finish.
Made of natural birch/bridge wood with a perfect clean finish.
No paint, no lacquer, no glue, no sprays – kept in its most natural state for your safety and health.
A foldable version is also available.
All prices include VAT as required by law.

4. Important Information about the Herbal Blends
Herbal blends are carefully selected and hand-prepared according to recipes passed down from Grandma Monis, a traditional healer of feminine health.
Some herbs are sourced from ancient Persia (Iran), chosen with precision according to Persian tradition to provide the most beneficial support for your body.
Each blend is handmade, carefully curated, and kept in sterile conditions.

5. Use of Products & Safety Guidelines
Do not use during pregnancy before week 38, and even then only with proper guidance.
Do not use during heavy bleeding or in unassessed medical conditions.
The responsibility for product use lies solely with the user.

6. Intellectual Property
The Chair is protected under copyright and registered trademark of Moonisteam.
The Chair, Blends, their designs, and all accompanying texts may not be copied, reproduced, marketed, or imitated without prior written approval.

7. Purchases & Orders
Purchases are subject to availability and Website policy.
Prices include VAT.
Returns or exchanges are not possible except in the case of a proven product defect.

8. Miscellaneous
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Israel only.
