Instructions for use:
Boil 1.5–3 liters of water in a pot (never plastic)
Add 1–2 handfuls of the herbal blend and stir with intention
After 10 minutes, remove from heat and let it cool slightly
Place the pot under the chair and test steam temperature with your hand
Sit wrapped in a sheet or skirt for 20–30 minutes of gentle steaming
